Now,we will study economics about labor market.
The labor market is a market that brings demand and supply of labor so that it can achieve the equilibrium price of labor or so-called wage.


a. Labor supply side
Labor supply is the number of workers who are willing and able to perform a specific job to get revenge and services. Labor supply has some features as follows:
-Factor's labor is human, and therefore should be treated like is human. Labor is also easy to move because people tied to the family and the environment.
-Labor supply is inelastic, if high-wage, labor supply is not necessarily add up fast. Similarly, if low-wage, labor supply is not reduced much because people need jobs to meet his needs.
Labor-supply variable. Labor may not have the educational background, do not have a diploma in Tahir, male, female, etc..
b. labor demand side
demand for labor comes from the business world, such as shoe companies need workers to run the machinery, plantation companies require workers to tap rubber and so forth. Manpower is requested as necessary. However, the demand for labor is not directly against labor. This means that workers are required because there is demand for goods and services. Thus the demand for labor is a derived demand from the demand for goods and services. The more high-demand goods and services, labor demand is also higher.
c. Equilibrium labor
in the economics,The meeting between demand and supply of labor occurs labor market. Labor market, especially in the form of exchange of information between parties who require workers with job seekers. The information exchanged is the type of labor needed, occupation, age requirements, education and skills needed.
